Medical services are provided and billed at the time of service by Marvin Howell,OD and Associates, LLC. Providers participate in most all of the major vision insurance and health plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept.  If you don't see your plan listed please give us a call at 770-565-3970 to see if we accept your plan.  

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.
